The American Security Challenge is the only event in the nation devoted to bringing the latest and best security technologies to market for our nation's homeland security. Under the auspices of the National Security Initiative, the objective of the Challenge is to increase the visibility of innovative technology and help the commercialization process so that such technology can reach either the public or commercial marketplace faster to protect our citizens and critical assets.
For the Challengers, ASC provides an efficient program to generate interest and relationships with qualified investors and customers in a compressed period of time. These two sets of relationships offer real investment capital and contract revenue, so vital to growing companies.
For the Sponsors, ASC provides an efficient outreach and screening vehicle to identify leading edge technologies as well as innovative technologies. If so desired, the Challenge helps Sponsors extend their brand or other messaging into various technology communities around the region and/or the country. If this branding is not of interest, the Challenge enables the Sponsor to covertly peak into new technology pockets in search of interesting companies and technology market intelligence. For Award Partners, ASC helps extend their reach into innovative communities, screen through hundreds of innovative technology companies and identify a short list of interesting companies to invest in, contract with or track.
