Mr. London is currently Chairman of the American Security Challenge. Over the last twenty years Mr. London has been a principal and advisor to almost one billion dollars in transactions and awards as venture capitalist, successful entrepreneur, merchant banker, security incubator manager, and defense and intelligence technology scout.
Mr. London is a sought after international speaker on innovation, commercialization, early stage finance, and security technology, and has spoken for many distinguished organizations including the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Secretary of Defense, Department of Defense, Finland’s Ministry of Defence in Helsinki, and at national industry conferences at national conferences including Aspen institute’s Aspen Security Forum, International Business Forum in Boston, Canada’s Atlantic Privacy and Security Summit Conference, Cyber Security Readiness in Washington DC, National Association of Seed and Venture Funds Annual Conference, National Business Incubation Association in Seattle, the Federal Laboratory Consortium Annual Conference, Cyber Resilience 2011 in London, and others. Mr. London is an angel investor and member of the Baltimore Angels and the Capital Access Network.
Jim Hunt

A seasoned veteran of the technology industry, Mr. Hunt has founded and run four successful technology companies over the past twenty years. Mr. Hunt founded and served as President and CEO of Ernst & Young Technologies, Inc., leading it to $75 million in profitable sales after just three years of operation. He then orchestrated the sale of EYT in late 2000 to Cap Gemini and served as President of the newly created Cap Gemini Technologies. Prior to his work at EYT and Cap Gemini, Mr. Hunt ran a number of firms including BDS, Inc., a systems integrator focused on sales to the federal government. In addition to Hunt’s primary responsibilities as a line executive, he has helped launch and advise over a dozen companies in the high technology sector, with particular focus on software for federal and commercial markets. Much of his expertise has been directed at federal government market penetration for software application companies, system integrators, and IT service firms.
Luke Ritter

Mr. Ritter leads the Global Trade Security practice at Ridge Global, which provides strategic management consulting services to clients focused on critical infrastructure protection.
His expertise is in the areas of global trade and transportation operations, security and resiliency, and business process improvement. He is the co-author of: Securing Global Transportation Networks (McGraw Hill, 2006), which has received widespread critical acclaim from industry publications such as Logistics Today, The Maritime Executive, Traffic World, and Supply Chain Management Review, and was selected as the American Society for Industrial Security, ‘Book of the Month’, in December of 2006.
He has pioneered the concept of Total Security Management (TSM), an enterprise risk management methodology that connects the fundamental principles of quality management with security management. TSM has been described as: "the place for corporations to draw the line in the sand where security and resilience is concerned."
Mr. Ritter is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and holds an M.B.A from Old Dominion University, with a concentration in maritime and logistics management. He is board certified by the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (AST&L), and recently completed his tenure as the Vice Chairman of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Transportation Security Council. He serves on the Advisory Boards of iJET, Inc., and Decision Sciences Corporation, and is a contributing scholar at the Heritage Foundation.
Erik P. Sebusch

Erik Sebusch has been involved in finance for over 20 years, most recently as a Partner with CMEA Capital in San Francisco. Erik has always believed in looking deeper into issues in order to find better solutions as well as challenging what is status quo. This is why Alignment Financial Services fits so well with Erik's history in finance.
Erik has held various positions within the finance industry and has sat on different sides of the table both in direct investing as well as investing in others. His perspective from years of working in Brokerage, Financial Planning, High Net Worth, Family Office, Innovation, Start-ups, Corporate Venture Capital, Corporate Pension and lastly Venture Capital has allowed him to view the evolution of markets and see it in a unique way.
Erik believes that this "uniqueness" is a better way to approach alternative assets and to align interests for all parties involved. The Honorable Tom Ridge is the president and chief executive officer of Ridge Global LLC. As the company’s chief executive, he leads a team of international specialists who help businesses and governments meet a range of needs, including risk management and global trade security, strategic business generation, technology integration, event security, crisis management, campus security and other issues that encompass a diverse portfolio.
Following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Tom Ridge became the first Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and, on January 24, 2003, he became the first secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
During his tenure, Secretary Ridge worked with more than 180,000 employees from a combined 22 agencies to create an agency that facilitated the flow of people and goods, instituted layered security at air, land and seaports, developed a unified national response and recovery plan, protected critical infrastructure, integrated new technology and improved information sharing worldwide. He served as secretary of this historic and critical endeavor until February 1, 2005.
Before the events of September 11, Secretary Ridge was twice elected governor of Pennsylvania. He served as the state’s 43rd governor from 1995 to 2001. Known for his commitment to high standards and results, the governor delivered on his promise to make Pennsylvania "a leader among states and a competitor among nations." His aggressive technology strategy helped fuel the state's advances in economic development, education, health care and the environment.
An engaging and dynamic speaker, Secretary Ridge regularly addresses audiences through the world on issues such as security, terrorism, global engagement, leadership, technology and more. Additionally, he serves public and private boards including the Institute for Defense Analyses, the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress and is currently the chairman of the National Organization on Disability. He continues to contribute to matters concerning our nation’s veterans and, along with Gen. Tommy Franks (Ret.), serves as national co-chairman of the Flight 93 Memorial Fundraising Campaign.
Throughout his public and private sector career, Secretary Ridge has received numerous honors, including the Woodrow Wilson Award, the Veterans of Foreign Wars’ Dwight D. Eisenhower Award, the John F. Kennedy National Award, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, the American Bar Association’s John Marshall Award, the National Guard’s Harry S. Truman Award, the Pennsylvania Wildlife Federation’s Conservationist of the Year Award, U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce’s Good Neighbor Award, the American Cancer Society’s National Medal of Honor, the Mister Rogers Award, the Champion of Public Television Award, the Intrepid Freedom Award and the Esperanza Leadership Award. Secretary Ridge has also been awarded honorary degrees and awards from many national and international academic institutions.

In 2005, Admiral James Loy completed a 45-year career in public service, retiring as Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security. In this capacity, he was involved in all aspects of consolidating 22 separate agencies into one unified Cabinet department as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the agency.
Prior to the establishment of the Department of Homeland Security in 2002, Admiral Loy served in the Department of Transportation as Deputy Under Secretary for Security and Chief Operating Officer of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and later as Under Secretary for Security. In these roles, he served as the first administrator of the newly created TSA, which is responsible for protecting the Nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce.
Admiral Loy retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2002, having served as its Commandant since May 1998. As head of the 90,000 person organization, he restored readiness through workforce development and modernized the Coast Guard’s fleet of ships and aircraft.
Prior to his service as Commandant, Admiral Loy served as the Coast Guard Chief of Staff from 1996 to 1998, during which time he redesigned the headquarters management structure and overhauled the Coast Guard planning and budgeting process to focus more sharply on performance and results. From 1994 to 1996, he was Commander of the Coast Guard's Atlantic Area, supervising U.S. forces during the mass Haitian and Cuban migrations of 1994, and leading Coast Guard forces participating in Operation Restore Democracy.
A career seagoing officer, Admiral Loy has served tours aboard six Coast Guard cutters, including command of a patrol boat in combat during the Vietnam War and command of major cutters in both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
His military commendations and civilian honors are numerous, including the Department of Transportation Distinguished Service Medal; four Coast Guard Distinguished Service Medals; the Defense Superior Service Medal; the Bronze Star with Combat "V"; the Combat Action Ribbon; the Naval Order of the United States’ Distinguished Sea Service Award, the Seaman’s Church Institute Silver Bell Award, the Navy League prestigious Admiral Arleigh Burke Leadership Award, the Intrepid Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award, and many other distinctions. Admiral Loy graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1964 and holds Master's degrees from Wesleyan University and the University of Rhode Island. Admiral Loy is a member of the Board of Directors of Lockheed Martin, L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc and RIVADA Networks, Inc.
Admiral Loy is a native of Altoona, Pennsylvania.
